Order Processing: We process all orders within 2-3 business days. Expect an email once your order is processed to let you know that your order is on its way. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Domestic Shipping Rates And Estimates: For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping for orders over $40.00

Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for shipping delays that are caused by circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Damage: In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@email.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Shipping Returns: Shipping charges on a returned item(s) cannot be reimbursed unless it is being returned due to a mistake on our part or the item(s) was defective in some way.
